Our Mission
Hendrikse Deliveries was established as a pioneering e-cargo micro logistics delivery system in Stellenbosch. Over the last year we have delivered fruits and vegetables, laundry, meat, documents, magazines and online products for Shein. Our business aims to create a positive impact on a local level while serving as a role model for sustainable logistics and mobility in Southern Africa. Our mission is to:
- combat unemployment and stimulate economic growth
- grow our fleet of delivery bikes
- to reduce CO2 emissions
Established in 2023
Our e-cargo delivery bikes started in March 2022 as part of a project exploring its benefits and viability.
6 Months later the business was officially launched as it already offered significant advantages for Stellenbosch, including new income opportunities, relieving traffic gridlock, and reducing CO2 emissions.
Hendrikse Deliveries “your green delivery partner” is open for business. This is a business with promise for the future.
